Roman provincial coin - Tyche in a temple ?

What is this coin? Elagabal with Tyche? Laodicea?

But it seems that the seller of this coin had the same issue as me. The ACSearch description has no reference, does not describe the legend of the reverse, etc.

I found other similar coins but not with the same legend.

The linked coin above is misattributed.  I believe the legend begins CEΛ
