I assume this might be a Saxony-gotha coin of some kind. It appears to be minted in 1535.

If it's real, it should be a Thaler 1535 from Saxony-Ernestine, Annaberg Mint. There are 4 similar 1535 Thalers from Saxony-Ernestine in our catalog, 2 of them from Annaberg Mint (N#359865 and N#22844). I believe the second one is from Freiberg Mint, although Numista and Krause say it's Annaberg Mint.
In Krause there are 8 different 1535 Thalers, one of them is a mule. That one is also from Annaberg Mint, unfortunately without pictures.
It's not an exact match, but variaties exist for all those Thalers.

Or it might be a event that they are celebrating as there are two people, one on the obverse and reverse.
Those two persons are the joint rulers of Saxony-Ernestine 1534-1539, namely Johann Friedrich I and Georg.
