Requesting creation of a new issuing entity per banknote observation.

 

  • the name of the entity in English:  Republic of Artsakh Ministry of Finance
  • the origin country of the entity: Artsakh
  • if they already exist, the link of one or more Numista records that you want to classify under this entity:

We add issuing entities only when they are named or represented on collectibles
