Add expand, more data, or higher limit to the API

Please add an expand option for itemtype to the endpoint /users/{user_id}/collected_items, or even better, add all data for the itemtype, so that I don't have to call /types/{type_id} for every itemtype in the collection. Another option is to raise the limit of the monthly API calls. As it stands now, it's very difficult to get all data for my collection.
