Italian medal, 1859, Vitoria Emanuel & Napoleon III

While going through my father’s foreign coin collection I found an Italian medallion that honors Emanuelle II and Napoleon III and Italian independence from 1859. I’m wondering if this particular version (there are many) is rare and possibly valuable. Thanks for any info.
