This is what the NRI means:

A few things:

1. Notice it says “coins or banknotes.” For tokens like this it's not so much rarity as it is desirability. There are less token collectors on Numista than there are coin or banknote collectors. So for tokens a high NRI means few on Numista have it in part because few want it.  A high NRI here does not equate to high value.

2. An NRI of 94 basically means 3 members have it in their collection.  If you'll notice on the token page under Get this item two of the three that have it want to swap it away. That says something about desirability and value.
