I recently added an item to Exonumia (USA) and doing a search for all of them from the reference does not produce the new submission. Here is a link to the new one.

N#151750

And here is how I have the search. And shouldn't it appear between the two on the next image?

Also, using the same search as above only produces 2 items from Hawaii. But if I change the search from an asterisk alone to HI* as my search it produces 7 from Hawaii. See next image.

Hello. The first bug has been identified before and is because of how the reference was added.  The two you show in the second picture have the reference added in the reference field:

The new one has the reference only listed on the year lines.

I'll try to locate the earlier bur report about this and post here.

The second “bug” is not really a bug.  The sort order is always “location” first. That's why Canada comes before the US.  The two items you say are from Hawaii are really Location United States

and the 5 others are location Hawaii which will be listed before the US.

Edit: Found it. Turns out it was based on your post about the same issue. Probably was a good idea to create a new post since it got lost in the old one.  https://en.numista.com/forum/topic149970.html#p1185985

Just bumping this up, hoping that it will get some acknowledgement.

Hello,

We made a fix. The token is now correctly sorted.
