Cleaned silver?

Wanted to check out if these two were cleaned or not.

Yes, both definitely cleaned. You can tell by the remainders of dark material around the letters and low places.

That's no good… what do you think their price is in that condition?

I wanted to add that on the plus side, I don't see parallel scratches, so the cleaning was not extremely harsh, and in time the coins may regain whatever patina they had.

For prices the best way to check is to look for recent EBay sales of these coins in similar condition.

First coin is an 1875 Italy 5 lire

N#2290

Second coin is an 1870 Spain 5 peseta

N#6722

In this condition, with a light cleaning, each coin is worth its weight in silver, also known as “melt” (currently US$23). These coins are relatively common in this condition, but remain popular among those of us who collect “crown-sized” silver.

Seller is asking for equivalent of 110 US dollars for both.💀 But I've seen pieces in slightly worse conditions than these, sell for 30-40 dollars a piece.

Way too much. This is a perfect example of why you should never clean a coin. It is crystal clear these were cleaned by that unmistakable washed out gray appearance on what are otherwise very nice Silver coins. That kills all Numismatic value in my mind and they are only worth melt to me. Shame. If somebody wants to overpay for them, that is their right. I suggest you don't even consider anything over melt value.
