Mintages for KM-11.3 coins

There is a difference for the mintages for the three KM-11.3 coins (Cuba 5 centavos dated 1946, 1960 and 1961; Numista number 2856).

Both KM and NGC give the mintages for 1946, 1960 and 1961 as 40,000,000, 20,000,000, and 70,000,000 respectively, but the Numista mintages for these three coins are significantly different. Any idea what the correct mintage values are for these three coins?

The 1946 and 1960 were minted by the US Mint. Official US Mint records state 40,000,000 for 1946 and 20,000,000 for 1960. The US Mint did not mint the 1961.
