Circulating commemorative? [solved]

There are quite a few silver and gold ECU coins classified as ‘circulating’ commemoratives for Gibraltar. Seems odd, is that classification correct?

Yes, that's correct. These coins were issued for circulation. The gold ones issued for circulation are only with lower fitness 12ct (.500) and BU finish, the Proof versions were probably collector issues.

I need to double check if all ECU pages are correctly classified - ECU part is still on "to be review" list.
