Czy te monety są "wyjątkowe" i czy ich cena jest wyższa?

What specifically would make you think that?

Looks like ordinary 2 euros to me

I am more experienced in the field of ancient and chinese coins, south-east asian coins included too!

the letter e is missing from the word euro and several islands are missing from the "map"

Looks like PMD to me, nothing special that captures my attention

look at the date. the coin says 1999 and the euro currency was introduced in 2000. does that not matter?

Waluta euro została wprowadzona 1 stycznia 1999 roku, początkowo jako waluta elektroniczna (używana w transakcjach bezgotówkowych) w 11 krajach Unii Europejskiej: Austrii, Belgii, Finlandii, Francji, Hiszpanii, Holandii, Irlandii, Luksemburgu, Niemczech, Portugalii i we Włoszech.

Monety i banknoty euro weszły do obiegu 1 stycznia 2002 roku, zastępując waluty narodowe w tych krajach.

Does it matter, it doesnt make it anymore than a common coin, the fact stays here that it has been minted in 1999 and it’s not all that rare

No, several countries had the Euros minted from 1999, Belgium, France, Finland, The Netherlands and Spain, if I remember correctly?

Some countries started minting their coins with 1999 year time stamp. Physical euro coins and notes entered circulation in 2002.

If there are known confirmed errors or variations in coins, you would see them in Numista and other catalogues. Wear and damage do not add value to your coins.

Hello

All the coins you present are worth only their face value and nothing more.
As for all circulating euro coins

And, indeed, the production of euro coins began in 1999.
