Why are their still two lines for this coin? They are the same design, composition, date, and condition? How is packaging justification for another line? Won't this jack up stats and the whole purpose of the red x and green check system in place? Just curious. I don't think they do this numista wide.

Dependent on the referee. Regardless of the guidelines, some countries do this. Here's a good example:
That example is just as wrong. These decisions jack up the stats on numista. I didn't think packaging was a reason for additional lines. I hope this gets addressed. I have a lot of coins that should be marked complete but can't be by this willy nilly extra line business…
