Question regarding the prefix and security thread combination

So this is either about this note or this one N#206831.

My note has a prefix C9 (Prefix C9 Sign: R. Mikkelsen & Billestrup) which is listed in the without security thread note. My note in the other hand has a security thread but there's no C9 option in the note that should have security thread.

Is there a mistake in the catalogue or what is going on here.

If you look at the auction pictures it seems like type 1 contains without and maybe internal security strip (like yours). Type 2 has a woven (internal/external) broad security strip.
