Could someone please confirm I have Identified this Indian Coin correctly and tell me which year it is. Thank you in advance.  Michael

Hmm, I can read 40 but that's not in the list for that coin.

 

But 40 is here: N#30189

I have to look if that matches with your pictures.

That type with RY 40 doesn't seem to match.

 

But I've found this one (https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=1688430), it matches your coin very well, it's RY 40 AND it says KM# 125 (your link). So maybe RY 40 also exists in KM# 125, although it's not in Krause.

 

 

I'm sure it's RY 40 (1875) and I believe it's KM# 125 but to be 100 % sure if its KM# 125 or KM# 150 you need someone who can read the script.

The difference in inscription is “Ram Singh” for the KM# 125 and “Madho Singh” for the KM# 150.
