I use lighthouse, I get them from ebay. I don't hold any loyalty to any specific seller, but I have used this one a few times for varying collector goods & had no issues.

They're not always the cheapest, but they seem to have most things in stock most of the time, so you're not usually waiting about.
I prefer the self-adhesive as it creates a tighter seal than the ones you staple, also looks neater in my opinion. Never had any issues with chemicals so far. Also prefer black to white as I find the contrast greater, though black is usually more expensive & harder to come by.
If you have any particularly valuable coins, you might want to invest in coin capsules - these are the thicker plastic-ish material. You can get them in varying shapes & sizes, and some with foam inserts to protect the edges. Not worth it for every coin though, price is a bit high.
I tend to get flips ~10p a unit, the capsules with foam ~80p a unit. You probably could get them cheaper if you really hunted about or bought in larger quantities. Hope that gives you a starting point & if nothing else, the common terms used to describe them online.
