Why in the years list 2018 is not available? Even in the reference it clearly mentioned that 2018

Because the date 01/01/2018 is the series date, the first of which was made in 2019 (Serial # prefix 19). The one shown on the page was made in 2022.  None were actually made in 2018 (no prefix 18).
