Can anyone tell me if this is real? I already visited the BSP website, and I did not see any 20-piso banknotes with a 30-year anniversary logo. I hope this is official.

With a “BSP” prefix, I don't see why it wouldn't be “real” & official. Although the country is infamous for many home fashioned post production stamps, the image of the 30 year logo looks pretty legit. 

 

Can you contact someone at the BSP to confirm?

It's not necessary to contact the BSP.

This banknote is official.
