Does that count as duplicate? The only difference that obverse says just King and not King of Poland and Sweden. Plus first uses Polish in title and second one uses Lithuanian. Both variants exist in several lettering and punctuation versions.

I agree these should be combined.  Same date list, just the minor legend variant you point out, which is common for all types under this ruler.  I will combine all the references, which are helpful.
