Other Kaminski reference books [solved]

If I see it correctly currently we have a simple Kamiński reference number but you want me to add all the seperate books individually and then also change the existing one to one of the precise books.

All the coins currently using Kamiński reference then would have to be individually corrected to correct books.

Some references use one catalogue number such as KM even for several books, this would not work in this case?

@apuking it's quite easy:

- put same code everywhere

- put 1 in column 2 except for the 1st book
