Half Afghani 1331 Arabic figures

Could someone please show me the difference between the verticle 1 and the slanted 1 and their mintages

The coin I have seems to be odd in that the 2nd "1" is verticle but the first “1” is slanted 

Please confirm if this is indeed an error coin and if rare
