hay, I noticed that it's the "60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights" coin.😀 I'm happy now because I also have human rights here! 😘

You might check when they allowed women to vote and who was allowed to vote in Empire at that time. They got 2 euro coin for that too.

Seems very early compared to the US and Lithuania.
