When a forum topic links to an item, link to the item on the reply page [solved]

For example, consider this topic: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic148250.html

When I read the topic there is a link to a coin at the top. When I click Reply there is a Topic Review at the bottom, but that only includes the individual messages. There is no link to the coin page being discussed unless I return to the previous page.

This would be handy, it would enable the opening of the link in a separate browser window  so it is available during a reply.
