There seem to be two different versions of this Victorian medallion. The big ones have a pattern in the inner circle of the face, the small ones don't. At the same time I noticed that the large size in my hand (second image) seemed to have a somewhat different feel to the sketch on the website in the portrait section, closer to the smaller version. I would like to know why there are two versions of this type of medallion, one big and one small, and why the large medallion on the website is more like the Gothic Krone silver coin
Information about this kind of medallion is not easy to find in my area. I hope someone can share some e-book or document guide about the British medallion to me. Thank you very much.
