After 35 swaps, I just came to a surprising conclusion, that the coin most people ask me for is this one:

It is a common, current, undated circulation 20 qapik from Azerbaijan. I brought home a handful of them, when I was in Azebaijan, but never thought it would be my top item.

What is the coin, people request from you the most?
Peace dollars. Anything silver in general.

That is very understandable!
Nevermind Papua Neil get me a 3&6d of British New Guinea ! ;)
Aside from the silver proofs, I've noticed my coloured coins and tokens get checked off a lot. I'm sure it depends on the age and interest of the other collector. My coloured coins are now pretty sparse. My low mintage modern tokens are there, so that I can get something equally unique or rare. My silver proofs are not getting mailed to or through postal services that I do not trust.
Somewhat surprisingly these are my most popular coins (in order of popularity):
Sweden 5 kronor 1995 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces12997.html
The Gambia 1 Dalasi 1971 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6978.html
Sweden 5 öre 1858 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces26939.html
Macau 1 Pataca 1968 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2946.html
Mauritius 2 cents 1877 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces22377.html (swapped)
UK ½ penny 1799 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5616.html

Funny enough I've only swapped two of these so far
My Edward VII 20c and George V half cent from the Straits Settlements.
