Hello,
I have one coin of this type which is almost exactly 24mm diameter and which is asymmetrically aligned (when flipped the reverse points slightly north-east, shown in image attached). The holes in the 8 appear to be circular but the 5 is also higher than the 1 I believe. I'm therefore unsure of the mint or whether any of this changes anything. Would appreciate some advice. Thanks!

I see the top hole as oval and the 5 is in its normal position.

The 24 mm diameter doesn't fit unless it's severely worn.

The coin doesn't look perfectly round, so maybe the measure is for the smallest and NOT the largest diameter.
