I am confused by this entry.

Normally, I find that when there are multiple dates of issue, or multiple sets of signatures, the different varieties are assigned a letter to distinguish them.  Here, it is not done and in the auction results from Katz that are shown every variety is labelled 7c.

Can you please clarify?

What's confusing? Numista is a collaborative catalog and entries aren't done by little elves secretly over night. The variants simply were not added yet. If you have access to a catalog and time you are more then welcome to add said information to the page HERE 🧙
