Hello. I was wondering about the reason for stamps on some of the Pengo notes. I have recently acquired the1000 penguin but the stamp has been badly torn off. Is it possible to get these stamps to reattach them.? Or is that a no go ? I just hate it looking so bad. This is what it should look like…
