I just posted this item a couple of hours ago and may want to see who could properly identify this coin?

Sorry if I am being strange about this, I am not familiar with this process and am still learning where things are at around here, so bear with me. I also just posted this  same item a few minutes ago on the Coincommunity forum where I could get more eyes on it.

Seems some sort of charm, I am not even sure if that ideograms are real
