Links and checkboxes of types of requests

The “Numista coin/banknote/exonumia catalog” forums have links of types of requests and the new topic page must have checkboxes with the same types, but…

“Numista coin catalog” forum

There are these links on the index (English side):

• Request about a coin page
• Request about catalog issuers
• Request about currencies and denominations
• Request about ruling authorities
• Request about issuing entities
• Request about series
• Request about marks
• Request about mints
• Request about tags
• Request about engravers & designers
• Request about reference catalogs
• Request about authorized picture sources

I saw these problems:

• The German side has nothing in the index and in the new topic.
   
• The English side of the new topic has a checkbox “requesting the creation or the modification of a banknote signature” (must be delete) and has not the checkbox “requesting the creation or the modification of a mark”.
  Edit: ✔️ Fixed.
   
• The Spanish side of the index has not the link “Request about ruling authorities” and the new topic has not the checkbox “requesting the creation or the modification of a ruling authority”.

By grouping requests in a single language they are more readable

Also, we made the choice not to open specific forum sections for the three new languages. They will share the English forum for the moment.

I did not pay attention about this (I found it here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic145390.html).

I suppose this is the reason because of the languages IT/PT/RU have all types of requests (they share the English forum, only the labels are translated).

But the problem I notify here is independent of this. We have forums in EN/ES/DE/FR, but EN/ES/DE have this problem.

All bugs in the English forum were solved, and one in the Spanish forum. 

There are still bugs in the Spanish and German forums.

Issue still persists.
