One of the pages for one of the Khans of Crimea is entitled Saadet III Giray and indicates the relevant ruler was in power between 1717 and 1724. I believe the name of the ruler should be changed to Saadet IV Giray.
Wikipedia indicates that Khan Saadet III Giray ruled in 1691, which differs from the dates on the Numista page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saadet_III_Giray). While English Wikipedia does not have a page for Saadet IV Giray, it does exist in French and several other languages, which all indicate that Saadet IV ruled from 1717 to 1724 (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saadet_IV_Giray).
The only coin issued by this ruler is a Beshlyk which I can find several examples of on various websites, with differing attributions of the coin to Saadet III or Saadet IV.

Saadet IV attribution: https://www.coinarchives.com/w/lotviewer.php?LotID=6950537&AucID=8116&Lot=368&Val=df258beb9ee9de607bf29aff0c5596d9
These are the same coinage series but their ruling authority is named differently.
They all, however, date the coin to AH 1129 (1716-1717 CE), which corresponds to Saadet IV's rule and not Saadet III. I do not think there is any confusion as to who emitted the coin, but rather as to what that ruler is called. Maybe scholarship regarding the succession of the different Crimean Khans has shifted over time, leading to this confusion. Saadet IV’s Wikidata code is Q2618355
