My daughter found one of these at the playground. I've been in Minneapolis for 10 years, and I've never seen one. Anyone have more info about it?

It is a transportation token. This is one of 600,000 produced in 2003 to be used on trolleys based on the design. Based on the reference it may have been one of the last transportation tokens to be produced in that area.
