How to actually sort by date in swaplist?

Hello one of my friends sent me their swaplist to check through coins (over 14 000) but I only collect certain time period which makes it only few pieces id be interested in. the real problem is there is no way sorting by date (picking out date) 

And if you sort like this

It still only sorts by country and then by denom, I thought sorting by date actually means by date, I dont care which country it is

but I if I ignore the swaplist and just go to someones profile

viola, picking out date i actually want is suddenly possible

how does one do this with swaplist? 

The main sort will always be country then your selected sorting parameter (sort by date functions as intended for me).

If you are only interested in a certain time frame you should add a criterion to your Want-List, like all coins from 1900-1999 or what ever then you can filter with My wishes: Show only coins and banknotes I wish (excluding those I don't wish)

Also if you friend send you the wish list it should be an excel file and you can filter it however you want without problem.

Then you can search for coins that are on your wishlist during a swap.

okay thanks, yeah adding whole period to my wishlist worked, but I dont understand why the filter “by date” cant filter actually by date nor why there isnt more filter options for swaplist. very clunky solution
