Help with India km#92 1 rupee mintmarks

Hi everyone,

 

I have those two coins, can anyone tell me what mintmark they have ? For me, closest i can think of is Kremnica for both only because od the circle but they seem quite different. One looks like it is normal writing while the other incuse.

I agree with Fanam and a picture of the mint mark should be added like the middle of their logo.
Edit: it already exists

Thx for all the input.

Without placing them side by side i would say they are both Kremnica, Slovakia mints.

 

But when i place them side by side, the 1999 one seems like stamped MK over a non-relief circle while the 1998 is a clear relief circle and what i suspect an incuse MK.

Could the same mintmark be different ?
