Can you show us where the ١۲۹٥ (1295) date is on the reverse?

Thanks, I didn't think there was a date.  Just trying to make sense of the coin page descriptions/letterings The photographed example is dated ١۲۹٥ (1295)  The previous picture on the coin page was this:

and I could convince myself the stated date of ١۲۹٥ was correct.  I find many times when coin photos are replaced the lettering is completely overlooked and the picture has "1973 D" while the Lettering has "1964 S."

It is 1295 in Arabic script.

The 9 is followed by a 5 in the Arabic script and there is only two other numbers that could be before it as the khanate only existed for around 20 years

The date on my coin is illegible and I have sent it to be changed on the numista page.

I think I can make out a faint 8 at the bottom of the coin

Meaning that the coin is 1298

Also, would you know anyone on numista who could verify a gold coin for me?

Yes there are many who can depending on what type coin.  Be sure to post hi-res pics of both sides, diameter and weigh to 0.1 g.

The Khanate of Kalat's coins should be under ‘Indian Princely States’, as it was one right up until 1947, when Kalat became part of Pakistan.
