I have with full certificate negotiable coin original gold plated stamp 

Any idea what is the value of this Bank note and How can i exchange this Bank note

Looks like there might be two types (as in comment on the numista page)

 

The one of the OP (also featured in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=YOo1jmeFnsE, so not edired) might be one of the original 150.000, another one here https://rice-puller.com/index.php?mode=thread&id=37646 (looks like it circulated 🤣).

 

Then there is this one, also with certificate but with ‘not legal tender" https://www.icollector.com/Europe-2002-1-Million-Euro-Fantasy-Note-Lot-of-11_i14744329 … the add in that listing also mentions 2 types. Pity it doensn’t mention price … but I guess less than €1 million ;-)

The 1 million euro Naples Bank Note present is indeed an original (fantasy banknote certainly, not legal tender, but collected).

To differentiate from the copy sold on Chinese sites:
