Ottoman coins carry the year of accession of the current ruler on the reverse. In the case of the coin on the linked page, this is 1327 (red box).

On the obverse, below the tughra is the regnal year, i.e. the year from accession of the  ruler, in this case 2 (blue box).

In order to get the Gregorian date, you have to look up the Gregorian date belonging to AH 1327, add the regnal year and substract 1 (regnal years start counting from 1, not 0), which is 1910.

Note that the lettering/translation has year 3 which is wrong for the coin pictured.
