On the obverse, below the tughra is the regnal year, i.e. the year from accession of the ruler, in this case 2 (blue box).
In order to get the Gregorian date, you have to look up the Gregorian date belonging to AH 1327, add the regnal year and substract 1 (regnal years start counting from 1, not 0), which is 1910.
