National Bank of the Republic of Haiti [solved]

Can someone add the National Bank of the Republic of Haiti (Banque Nationale de la République d'Haïti for local language name)? It appears on multiple notes and replaced the National Bank of Haiti in 1910, itself being replaced by the Bank of the Republic of Haiti in 1979

I noticed someone else already made this post but with more details and the bank prior to the one I mentioned 

Added. Only problem is that we cannot set years for entities.
