24kt gold saint ambrose - Milan bullion (?) from 1970?

Good evening everyone, 

think this is a religious or jewelry creation piece from 1970.   TESTED 24kt with XRF.   Wondering if anyone has some more information on this.  

 

trying to find more details about it / provenance.


Coin flip.  7.3 grams.  Xrf tested 24 kt.

 

stamped “24?” . “1000” and “mcmlxx”.  (Under pen tip)
