1914 $20 FRN

I am trying to add the note I have to the list (fr 1008) but cannot figure out how to do it. Sorry for my stupidity but any help would be appreciated. I went to the add/modify page but when I try to type in the info it says searching, or select one of the issuing entities above but I can't seem select  anything…
