Were do you see illogic? It's clearly sorted alphabetically and you will have to ask the mint why they put an article in their official name.

Maybe illogical wasn't the correct word as there is clearly logic behind it.  It is also logical to find The Bahamas under B and not T and The Gambia under G and not T.  Perhaps “confusing” would be better as the OP was clearly confused.

why oh why is the mint not on here as

regardless of what they call themselves? 

 Very very annoying. 

Give me the instructions what to do and access to those pages and I will change them myself. 

If the country is  Gambia, The  [see below] then all else on the site should follow those rules. 

Prime example at the start of this topic - 

how on earth would anyone think to look under T letter? 

 I am increasingly annoyed with this site. :(
