I've got a ton of US silver coinage that I want to get rid of. If you got any imperial Chinese or Japanese coins, I will gladly exchange them for silver, depending on the rarity of the coins.

I've also got a ton of wheat pennies and Indian Heads, some in EF and UNC. I'm looking for any Cash coins and Chinese silver or any Japanese imperial coins before the 40's, so let me know if you're interested!

If you notice a cash coin that is abnormally large (somewhat bigger than a quarter), you might want to take a look at it. Some of these can be Qianlong "temple coins" which are a little less common than their smaller, more crude counterparts.

If you see it again, buy it and hope it's not an amulet or anything. If it has Chinese characters on the reverse, not just Manchu, then it's worth good bank. If it's plain but still the same size, it's most likely a Song dynasty coin.

If it's a multiple cash like the one you're describing, then corrosion doesn't really affect the value. I'm hoping the coin isn't an amulet though, that's my biggest concern.
