The coin doesn't appear to be in Numista or Krause. There is a 1744 and 1747 6 Stuivers (KM# 102.3). That is N#

40561 . If you want to add the year line to that type in Numista you can edit the page yourself to add the year line. Include images of the coin.

This date is not listed in Purmer (Wf 56; Verkade 72.6).

As mentioned upthread, there is no evidence for a 1745 of this type being struck.

Possibly the obverse inscription on this type (MO NO ORD HOLL ET WESTFRI) caused some confusion for the poster.
