Is this modern or medieval? Coins we have are from 14th century.

Hello, I found the flag on wikipedia. My only problem with this, is that there was nothing saying when the flag was put into place, so, it could nt be from the same time period. The flag is a white background with the coat of arms. The flag is on wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulcinj
