10 Uruguayan pesos (puma) is catalogued as corculating commemorative coin but it's part of a native fauna set together with other 3 coins and these coins are catalogue as standard circulating coins.

 

The website Monedas de Uruguay doesn't catalogue it as commemorative coin.
