2 Rupees National Integration; round type

I have a 2 rupee national integration coin, which is clearly of the round type from 1995. But in the catalog they only go to 1990?

Well it's not the same as the 1982-1990 one:  N#27568 That has 8 “sides” while yours has 11 “sides” like the 1992-2004 one: N#5474  

Also the style of the 2 on the obverse matches the 1992-2004 one.

If yours started out as round it's not the same type as the 1892-1990 one so obviously can't be added to that coin page.

Weight and diameter?
