Hello, please help me identify the coin French 10 Centimes 1941 LINDAUER.
Here are the descriptions on Numista and in the Krause catalog:

--Numist...KM#895... Underlined, without dot
--Krause catalog...KM#895...Without dash below MES in C MES

--Numist...KM#896...Underlined, dot before and after date
--Krause catalog.KM#896...Center hole within wreath divides
denomination, date below, dash below MES in C MES

--Numist...KM#897...Not underlined, no dot before and after date
--Krause catalog...Center hole within wreath
divides denomination, dot before and after date below

Please, how do you register it? How should it be?

Thank you for your help and resolution of this issue.
I will surely help many people.

Thank you

Adrian

Adinoku,

i don’t have the Krause catalog.

i found similar description differences between the Gadoury from 1999 and Numista

1) it happens that catalogs add but also remove some varieties. Not sure if that the case for this particular coin.

2) in the gadoury 1999. 4 varieties are listed. by the looks of it I must have / had all of them?!

3) only 3 in Numista. I’ll post on the French forum for more feedback

Please add a full photo with all four types of coins.
Well thank you

will see what they come up with.

can‘t help with the pictures i‘m working abroad. should be back in July. but I’ll check if I still have them all. Marks in the book was 25 years ago. And when I started cataloguing in Numista I don’t know why I haven’t spotted this.

regards.

Oh, Numista has so often made errors copying from SCWC, tomorrow I'll look into my old French catalog and see, what they say.
