Monte Carlo token to identify

Hi everyone,

 I have this token I’m trying to identify.  Being written in english I don’t think it’s related to the famous casino in Monaco.  I have a few clues, thanks to the french forum.  https://fr.numista.com/forum/topic143021.html
 

There are similarities with this token from a Jamaican casino, sharing similar design and the same mintmark.

Not enough to conclude it comes from the same casino or the same issuer.

 I‘ve seen that exact token on sale on ebay but no information about it on the listing.  It’s about 25mm and it looks like cupronickel.  Any thoughts?

Not much to add for you. Here is a search with the mint on Numista and “Not Legal tender”. Osborne Coinage minted for several casino companies across North America. There is a 5 dollar one on Token catalog like yours,  but no information.
