Seems to say rare antique miraculous 1800 Italian Roman Pope Leone 13th and Virgin Marie medallion.

Pope Leone was head of the church from February 20, 1878 to July 20, 1903.

Looks to be like any of the other medallions for him of the period made from brass or copper.

I can find many other similar ones for sale for a lot less so the price at $135 looks to be quite expensive to me.
