I would like to suggest G-B as a new reference code. The book has individual codes for each state & issuer, but this would make it a bit more complicated. I was thinking of just using the chronological number given to it since there are 411 and that's what their “Valuation-February 1976 for MEXICAN REVOLUTIONARY COINAGE” insert uses: G-B # __ .
The code is in reference to author Hugh S. Guthrie in collaboration with Merrill Bothamley.
