Adding a ruling authority for South Vietnam [solved]

Hello, 

Would it be worth adding an additional ruling authority for South Vietnam?
There are 4 coins and several banknotes that would technically fall under the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, or Republic of South Vietnam for short.

• Shadow(?) or Provisional government

• Coins: 1 Xu - South Vietnam – Numista, 2 Xu - South Vietnam – Numista, 2 Xu - South Vietnam – Numista & 5 Xu - South Vietnam – Numista
• Notes: N#235949, N#208308, N#235951, N#235953,  N#235954, N#235955, N#235956, N#235957. 

There is also a flag that could be added specifically for this ruling authority as well:

All of the coins and banknotes under this ruling authority are referred to as liberation đồng, entering circulation from the fall of Saigon to shortly after the reunification of Vietnam. Hopefully that's all okay. If there's anything else needed, feel free to let me know.

It looks like the Provisional Revolutionary Government existed from April 30, 1975 t July 2, 1976.  This has now been added as a ruling authority.
